Te Apiti & Woodville

The Little Field Tripper's dad and me took a drive up the Saddle Road to see the Te Apiti Wind Farm.  We approached from the Ashurst side, the turbines more impressive the closer we got to the summit.  These things are glorious to see from Palmerston North, let alone up close. At the top there's a  burnout-sized carpark and a turbine you can touch.

We carried on over the ridge and down to Woodville, a secondhand shopper's delight.  Woodville Mart was our favourite of many.  Huge and so well organised, treasure everywhere.
